Veteran media personality Kafui Dey is set to make a special appearance on Morning Starr on Starr 103.5 FM, as part of the station’s 11th-anniversary celebrations. The special broadcast is scheduled for Monday, August 4, 2025, from 6:10 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
Kafui Dey, who was the inaugural host of Morning Starr when it launched on August 4, 2014, expressed his excitement about the return in a nostalgic Facebook post on Sunday evening.
“Now this is nostalgic!” he wrote. “I had the honour of being the very first host of #MorningStarr on @starr1035fm when it launched on August 4, 2014 — and tomorrow, August 4, 2025, I return to the mic for a special anniversary edition!”
He encouraged fans to tune in and revisit the essence of the early years of the program, promising a classic radio experience. “Same frequency. Same energy. Classic vibes,” he added.
