Tinubu to Deliver Address on Nigeria’s 65th Independence Anniversary

 

President Bola Tinubu is set to deliver a nationwide speech on Wednesday, October 1, 2025, in commemoration of Nigeria's 65th Independence Day. The speech is scheduled to air at 7 a.m. local time, as confirmed by the President's Special Adviser on Information and Strategy, Bayo Onanuga.

Television and radio stations nationwide have been instructed to connect with the Nigerian Television Authority (NTA) and the Federal Radio Corporation of Nigeria (FRCN) for the live broadcast of the speech.
