The Amasaman High Court has denied a bail request submitted on behalf of Evangelist Patricia Asiamah, widely known as Nana Agradaa. Once a renowned fetish priestess, Agradaa is currently serving a 15-year prison sentence following her conviction.
Her legal team had filed the application in hopes of securing her temporary release while they pursue an appeal. They argued that Agradaa poses no flight risk and should be granted bail pending the outcome of the appeal.

Outside the courtroom, a member of her legal team voiced disappointment with the decision:
