In a chilling incident out of Ohio, 30-year-old Kayvon Warren allegedly conspired with two friends to murder his 26-year-old pregnant girlfriend, India Kinamore, on the very day she was due to give birth to their child. The tragic event unfolded in Colerain Township, Ohio, and has left the local community in shock and disbelief.
Hamilton County Prosecutor, Connie Pillich, announced the formal charges on the accused trio, which includes Warren, Robert Ervin (20), and Lamar Morris Suggs (22). Warren, who had been facing financial difficulties and reportedly had another relationship, is said to have pressured Kinamore to terminate the pregnancy, an attempt that she refused. According to authorities, Warren’s desperation culminated in a heinous act, where he allegedly hired Ervin and Suggs to assist in executing the crime.
"This should have been one of the happiest days of India’s life," Pillich stated in a press release. "Instead, the father of the child conspired with two others to take her life. It’s heartbreaking. My office will see that justice is done for both India and her baby."
The trio allegedly broke into Kinamore’s home around 6 a.m. on the day of the murder, with plans to stage the crime as a burglary gone wrong. However, after fatally shooting Kinamore, all three fled the scene.
Warren, who had even requested bereavement leave from his employer to mourn the loss of his girlfriend, had reportedly been in a relationship with another woman and was struggling with financial hardships, including the loss of his home. Despite his efforts to manipulate Kinamore into ending the pregnancy, he allegedly took matters into his own hands, orchestrating this brutal crime.
Authorities have charged Warren, Ervin, and Suggs with 13 counts related to the murder. Prosecutor Pillich emphasized the tragic nature of the crime, pointing out that Kinamore’s death not only robbed her of her life but also took away the opportunity for her child to be born.
This heart-wrenching case has shaken the local community, and the prosecution vows to ensure justice is served for both Kinamore and her unborn child.
