Renowned gospel musician and preacher Dr. Sonnie Badu has shared a powerful and emotional testimony, reinforcing his unwavering belief in God following a life-altering experience that he believes saved his life.
Speaking on the *Makosem Show* on Ezra FM, Dr. Badu recounted a near-death experience from two years ago, which he attributes to divine intervention. He expressed how this encounter deepened his conviction that God is real and actively engaged in the lives of believers.
“There are moments in life that cannot be explained by human reasoning," he said. “I am convinced that if God did not exist, none of us would be here today. I pray that everyone will experience their own personal encounter with Him. If you haven’t experienced Him yet, you might doubt, but I am telling you, God is real, and that is the truth.”
Dr. Badu shared how, two years ago, he narrowly escaped death—a moment he credits to the intervention of an angel.
“I should have died two years ago, but I know it was an angel that saved me. That’s why I am absolutely convinced that God is real,” he said.
He urged his listeners to seek God earnestly, emphasizing that those who truly desire a personal encounter with the divine will not be disappointed.
“When you genuinely desire to encounter God, He will meet you where you are,” Dr. Badu concluded.
