Nollywood actress and philanthropist Tonto Dikeh has announced that she no longer wishes to be addressed as “King Tonto Dikeh,” marking what she describes as a significant spiritual transition in her life.

In a video shared on her Instagram page on Monday, the actress revealed that the decision was made in obedience to what she called divine instruction from the Holy Spirit. According to her, the change represents the beginning of a new chapter rooted in faith and personal transformation.

“In obedience to the Holy Spirit, I will no longer be addressed as ‘King Tonto Dikeh.’ You can call me ‘The Woman of God’ or ‘Evangelist Tonto.’ I’m going from a mess to a message,” she declared in the video.

Dikeh noted that the timing of the announcement, made on March 1, was intentional and symbolic. She explained that the date aligns with what she believes is a prophetic direction for her life—signifying a departure from her past and an embrace of a renewed spiritual purpose.

“It gladdens my heart that I can do this on the first day of March. It aligns with the prophecy of God upon my life—that He is marching me away from everything that is past and into the prophecies of a new morning,” she said.
