The heat is on in the NDC camp. Former Deputy General Secretary Koku Anyidoho has torn into President Mahama’s administration over the raging "Cash-for-Awards" scandal, describing the Presidency's official response as "a useless statement" that proves there is "no leadership" in government.
Speaking on Okay FM, Anyidoho questioned why appointees—including Greater Accra Regional Minister Linda Ocloo—are taking bows while Accra is drowning in filth and open defecation.
"Since the news broke, who has denied paying for these awards? The organisers are threatening to expose them!" Anyidoho charged.

But Mahama is just pampering them with circulars." He concluded with a stark warning: "Four years is around the corner. I am sad for the NDC."
