Odeneho Kwaku Appiah, popularly known as Coka, has called on New Patriotic Party (NPP) delegates to disregard what he describes as misinformation being spread about him as he pursues the Ashanti Regional Chairmanship.
In a strong-worded social media post addressing the swirling rumours, the aspiring chairman made it clear that his ambition remains unwavering and that no amount of political mudslinging will derail his quest to lead the party in the region.
"By Saturday, don't be surprised to hear that I was among those who 'crucified Jesus' — such is internal politics," his post read. "I remain focused and resolute. The mandate is clear: I am the next Ashanti Regional Chairman."
Coka expressed confidence in his electoral prospects, asserting that destiny firmly positions him as the party's next regional leader. He urged delegates to see through the fabrications and base their decisions on his track record and vision for the party's progress in the Ashanti Region.
His remarks come at a critical juncture as the NPP prepares for its regional elections, with intense competition expected among aspirants vying for key positions.
