16-Year-Old Wonderkid Makes History! Arsenal Star Shatters Premier League Record in Dramatic Win Over Everton

Football fans witnessed history at the Emirates Stadium as 16-year-old Max Dowman announced himself to the world with a record-breaking goal in Arsenal’s dramatic 2-0 victory over Everton.

The teenage sensation became the youngest goalscorer in Premier League history, sealing the win in stoppage time and sending the Emirates crowd into wild celebrations.

Arsenal Forced to Fight Until the End

For most of the match, Everton looked determined to frustrate the league leaders. The visitors defended strongly and even created dangerous chances during the first half.

Dwight McNeil nearly stunned Arsenal when his curling strike smashed against the post after earlier being denied by a stunning block from Riccardo Calafiori.

Arsenal also felt they should have been awarded a penalty after Michael Keane tangled with Kai Havertz inside the box, but the referee waved play on, leaving the home fans furious.

Gyokeres Breaks the Deadlock

With the clock ticking down and Everton holding firm, the breakthrough finally came in the 89th minute.

Substitute Viktor Gyokeres reacted quickest after Everton goalkeeper Jordan Pickford misjudged a cross, calmly tapping the ball into the net to give Arsenal the lead.

Dowman’s Historic Moment

Everton threw everything forward in search of a late equaliser, even sending Pickford up for a corner in stoppage time.

But the gamble backfired spectacularly.

Max Dowman intercepted the ball, sprinted past two defenders and calmly rolled it into the empty net from distance, completing a stunning counterattack and writing his name into football history.

At 16 years and 73 days old, Dowman broke the long-standing record set by James Vaughan, who scored for Everton at 16 years and 270 days back in 2005.

Arsenal Tighten Grip on the Title Race

The victory pushes Arsenal 10 points clear at the top of the Premier League table, although the Gunners have played two more matches than closest challengers Manchester City.

For Arsenal fans, however, the night belonged to one player — a fearless 16-year-old whose dream moment may be the start of a legendary career.
