Julian Nagelsmann has issued a sharp warning to Germany national football team despite their 2-1 win over Ghana national football team in a friendly clash. After also edging past Switzerland, Germany looked strong early on, controlling the first 25 minutes with confidence and intensity.
Nagelsmann praised that opening spell, noting Ghana barely entered their half. However, he criticized his players for abandoning structure too quickly. According to him, the team became “impatient,” drifting into a risky freestyle approach that exposed weaknesses on the ball.
While some players thrive in flexible roles, others perform best with clear positional discipline. The coach stressed that losing shape invites pressure and unnecessary mistakes, even when the team appears dominant.
