2Baba and Natasha Osawaru Hold Private Church Dedication for First Child

Nigerian music icon Innocent Idibia, popularly known as 2Baba, and his wife, Natasha Osawaru, have dedicated their first child in a private church ceremony attended by close family members.

Photos and videos circulating on social media captured the couple holding their newborn as they approached the altar for the dedication. The intimate ceremony was graced by 2Baba’s mother, Rose Idibia, alongside officiating clergy, making it a closely knit family gathering.

The couple welcomed their child in November 2025, though they have chosen to keep details such as the baby’s gender private.

The dedication comes months after 2Baba and Natasha tied the knot in a low-key traditional wedding ceremony held on July 25, 2025. The event was attended by family members and close associates, including the singer’s parents.

In December, during one of his concerts, 2Baba publicly appealed to fans for understanding and support, asking Nigerians to forgive him and his family for past controversies.

Fans have since taken to social media to celebrate the couple’s latest milestone, praising them for maintaining a balance between public life and personal privacy while sharing glimpses of their joyful occasion.

The child dedication marks another significant chapter for the Idibia family as they continue their journey together, embracing parenthood while navigating life in the public eye.
