Suzzy Pinamang, who was previously feared to have permanently lost her vision, has successfully regained her sight following a major eye surgery in the United Kingdom.
The news was confirmed by Rafik Mahama, personal aide to prominent Ghanaian businessman Ibrahim Mahama. In an official statement obtained by GhPage, Mahama announced that Suzzy underwent surgery on June 2, 2025, at the renowned Moorfields Eye Hospital—one of the world’s leading institutions for eye care.
To show evidence of her recovery, Mahama shared a video of Suzzy walking without assistance, a powerful sign that her vision has returned. However, he also noted that while the results are encouraging, Suzzy is still in recovery and continues to receive post-operative care.
