Parliament will officially reconvene on Tuesday, May 27, 2025, marking the beginning of the second meeting of the first session of the Ninth Parliament of the Fourth Republic.

The announcement was made through a formal notice signed by the Speaker of Parliament, Rt. Hon. Alban Sumana Kingsford Bagbin, in accordance with Order 58 of the Standing Orders of the House. The statement, dated May 12, 2025, indicated that proceedings will commence at 10:00 a.m. at Parliament House in Accra.

The upcoming session will focus on continuing the business from the previous meeting, which was adjourned on Friday, March 28, 2025. Parliament is expected to deliberate on various legislative matters, including the consideration of bills, committee reports, and other issues presented before the House.
