Ghanaian rapper Tinny has opened up about his unconventional approach to life, saying his peace and happiness come from rejecting societal norms and living freely on his own terms.
Speaking in an interview on Hitz FM, Tinny said he doesn’t live by the structured routines that many people follow.
“I’ve not been programmed like other people,” he stated. “When I feel hungry, I eat. There’s nothing like breakfast, lunch, and supper. If my body doesn’t call for food, I don’t eat. I eat when I feel like eating.”
He explained that he values emotional peace and rest more than routine or pressure.
“I sleep a lot when I have to. I can’t go to bed with negative thoughts or bad energy — I let them go,” he added.
Describing himself as “different,” Tinny emphasized that his way of life keeps him grounded and content in an industry often filled with stress and competition.
“I believe in living organically — not forcing things to happen but allowing them to unfold naturally,” he said.
To him, true success is not about chasing fame or trends but about staying authentic and following divine purpose.
“What God says I can do is what I’m doing,” he concluded.
