Portable Slams Mandy Kiss Over Health Claims and Alleged Messages to His Wife

Controversial Nigerian singer and rapper, Portable, has publicly criticized social media influencer Mandy Kiss following her emotional video in which she revealed she was battling high blood pressure amid backlash over her recent Guinness World Record stunt.

In the now-viral clip, Mandy Kiss was seen on a medical drip, surrounded by medication, as she tearfully claimed that the intense public condemnation and fear of arrest by the Lagos State Government had taken a serious toll on her health. She explained that although her Guinness World Record attempt was meant as a joke, the reaction it sparked had left her physically and emotionally distressed.

“May God not let me misspeak. Help me beg the king and the Lagos State Government. I can’t even go out, my BP is high, I can’t breathe well. I even have a show today but I’m too scared to go because I fear being arrested. I don’t have money for a lawyer; I only have ₦5,000 in my account. Please, Nigerians, help me,” she pleaded.

Portable’s Response

In response, Portable lashed out at Mandy Kiss on social media, accusing her of being insincere and of sliding into his wife’s direct messages. He alleged that Mandy’s behavior was inappropriate and hinted that her actions warranted legal consequences.

“All the boys that dealt with her are broke now. She sells kayamata [a type of love charm]. You’ve got something that ruins people’s lives. That’s how she slid into all my wives’ DMs. They should jail you for going after married women online,” he wrote.

The clash has stirred significant conversation online, with fans and followers weighing in on both sides. While some have expressed sympathy for Mandy Kiss, others have supported Portable’s strong stance.

This incident adds to the growing list of controversies surrounding both figures in Nigeria’s entertainment scene.
