Radiogad Reacts to Pretty Mike’s Low-Key Appearance at His Father’s Funeral

Nigerian media personality Radiogad has shared his thoughts on the recently held funeral of nightlife enthusiast and socialite, Pretty Mike’s father, which took place over the weekend in Anambra State.

The funeral was attended by close family and associates who came to pay their final respects. Unlike his usual eccentric style, Pretty Mike appeared solemn, opting for a respectful and traditional presence during the ceremony.

Reacting to this uncharacteristic appearance, Radiogad took to his TikTok page to express his surprise, applauding the socialite for behaving appropriately. In the video, he remarked:

"You behaved yourself properly. Look at how he was crying and singing Christian songs."

However, Radiogad didn’t hold back from issuing a warning. Addressing Pretty Mike directly, he said:

"If you come to my event with all those zombie people, na dat day you go know say I be mad man."

Pretty Mike has become known for making dramatic entrances at high-profile events in Nigeria, often sparking conversations and controversy with his symbolic or theatrical performances.

Some of his most talked-about appearances include:

  • Obi Cubana’s 50th Birthday Bash: Arrived with 50 women dressed as accident victims.
  • AMVCA 2022: Entered the venue accompanied by a live goat, pushing the boundaries of artistic expression.
  • Don Jazzy’s Mother’s Funeral (October 7, 2022): Attended with eight women wearing trousers designed with exaggerated male genitalia.
  • Eniola Badmus’ Party: Appeared with men and women painted in white, wearing only black underwear. According to Pretty Mike, 24 individuals represented his "spiritual protectors"—20 in honor of Eniola Badmus’ 20 years in the industry, and four for himself.
  • Veekee James’ Wedding (February 2024): Attended with an all-black entourage, symbolizing his perspective on the dark times in society.

The contrast between these past appearances and his behavior at his father’s funeral has sparked discussion online, with many praising him for choosing to show respect in a moment of personal loss.
