Woman Fatally Shot in Domestic Dispute Over Alleged Affair in Nashville

Nashville, USA – A 42-year-old woman, Keiona Wilson, tragically lost her life on August 25, 2025, following a violent altercation with another woman suspected of being romantically involved with her husband. The fatal incident unfolded at a residence on Scalf Drive, leaving the local community in shock.

According to official police reports, the confrontation began when Wilson noticed her husband's vehicle parked outside a home on Scalf Drive. She drove to the location, moved the vehicle to the front of the house, and initiated a verbal confrontation via the home’s security camera intercom with the resident, 42-year-old Keosha Greer.

The argument centered around suspicions that Wilson’s husband was inside the residence. As the exchange escalated, Wilson allegedly attempted to force entry into the home. Greer responded by firing a warning shot through the front door, which narrowly missed Wilson.

Undeterred, Wilson managed to gain entry into the house, leading to a physical altercation between the two women. During the struggle, Greer reportedly fired a second shot, striking Wilson in the abdomen.

Despite her critical injuries, Wilson exited the home and drove a short distance before flagging down a police officer near the Madison Police Precinct. She was immediately transported to Skyline Medical Center, where she succumbed to her injuries.

Police investigations are ongoing, and further details are expected to be released in the coming days.

This incident highlights the devastating consequences that can result from domestic conflicts and underscores the importance of seeking peaceful resolutions in situations of emotional distress.
