A woman identified as Chizy, who was recently accused of infidelity in a viral story involving an iPhone 16, has publicly addressed the controversy.
The allegations began after a man claimed that his “wife” abandoned their child at home to meet another man in a hotel, insisting that he had paid her bride price in December. In a video shared by Chukeric on X (formerly Twitter), Chizy clarified that she and the man in question, Heritage, were never legally married.
According to her, they only lived together for five years, during which no traditional or legal marriage rites were performed.
“I was never married. No one should refer to me as a married woman. We only cohabited, and throughout our relationship, he never paid my bride price or conducted any form of wedding ceremony,” she stated.
Chizy went on to accuse Heritage—who she said was already a single father—of physical abuse, serial cheating, and maintaining inappropriate relationships with multiple women. She alleged that he even lodged his baby mama in hotels, despite previously criticizing her for communicating with the same woman.
She admitted that she intentionally met another man in a hotel as an act of retaliation and made it clear that she does not regret her actions.
Chizy also highlighted the sacrifices she made during their years together, including helping him grow his store and offering emotional and financial support. Despite these efforts, she claims Heritage never appreciated her contributions and continued to pursue other women, including sharing explicit videos with them.
“I owe him nothing because we were never married. If he insists otherwise, he should provide proof of any marriage,” she said firmly.
Her revelations have reignited conversations online about cohabitation, relationship accountability, and the misconceptions social media often creates around people’s personal lives.
