The University of Education, Winneba (UEW), has officially expelled 38 first-year students for failing to meet the institution's academic standards. According to a memo obtained by MyNewsGh.com, the students were dismissed after an audit revealed that they had not achieved the required minimum Grade Point Average (GPA) of 1.0. This action follows a review of their academic performance in both the first and second semesters. As a result, the expelled students will not be eligible to participate in activities for the second year (Level 200).
