Awo Kekeli, a member of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) Communications Team, has sharply criticized the opposition New Patriotic Party (NPP) for its impatience with the newly elected NDC government. She argued that it is unrealistic for the NPP to expect immediate solutions to the issues they contributed to over their eight years in power.

In a recent interview on GHOne TV, Awo Kekeli expressed her disbelief at the NPP's demands for rapid changes just two months into the NDC's tenure. "Sometimes, I just stay quiet and listen to my sister rant. It's still early in the year, and they are already getting frustrated," she said, highlighting the unreasonable nature of such expectations.

Kekeli further emphasized that during the NPP's time in office, they refused to acknowledge any mistakes. "For eight years, they did not see anything wrong with their actions. Everything seemed perfect to them. Now, just two months after handing over power, they are demanding miraculous changes. It's astonishing," she exclaimed.
